It's been a bit slow on this text end but if you had been perusing through the site you should have been able to find in the photo section some updates from June for the Batman 400 at MIS in Brooklyn, Michigan. Didn't make the list of qualifiers at Brooklyn, but considering the limited amount of track time we're getting..testing, practice and then competing we're doing pretty good when you take into account the budget we're working on, we're making good progress. Derrike Cope was the human factor that helped us to dial in what we need to change for upcoming races. Look for more content on Conely at the Batman 400 in the June News section.

Looking forward to August, we're a go for the GFS Marketplace 400 at MIS August 21. We have a verbal agreement from Tubby's so look for their logo to own the Conely Monte Carlo hood once again. SBC looks to be included on the sponsor list again as they have been for some time now.

From an earlier interview with John Conely he was pursuing Derrike Cope to again drive for us.

Once again this "Project X" subject. Even though this author is being left a bit in the dark about the project, from what John is passing on it can be said that we are seeking approval from NASCAR Images and are making good progress with them for the proposed project. If things go as planned we might have some solid public information in September. The plan "A" for the project was bypassed and we are now working on plan "B," which looks to be equal in stature and impact for the concept. Yeah, lotta winks, nods and behind the scenes stuff here but that's all that is being passed on to this person. When it pops, it will be huge, at least for us, and NASCAR possibly too.

John's been talking about the possibility of putting one of our secondary cars, yes we have more than one, in the upcoming Michigan ARCA race. Could be a nice morale booster before the Cup race on Sunday.

Had some nice write ups from some of the local Detroit papers. Basic stories of where we came from, where we are now and future aspirations. Giving a few minutes to the "Underdog" is always a boost.
