• California Update..We have two cars that should have arrived there early this Thursday morning. John and the team will by flying out later this evening for a weekend in a rather rain-soaked Los Angeles. We hope to our driver Stan Boyd on your television screens Saturday somewhere after 3:00 p.m. on the FX channel when we will be on the track qualifying. Stan has been with us last season and hails from Holly, Michigan and has seen seat time in the Trucks Series as well as Busch. Since the photographer will not be on site this time, we will be limited in our coverage there. If we are able to get some images from California for you, we will post them ASAP.
  Wish us well on keeping the track dry for the upcoming four days.
  
• Well.. Conely Motor Sports fans here we go for another roller coaster season. Our transporter is in transit to California Speedway for the Auto Club 500. Television coverage by the Fox network begins at 2:00 p.m. Hopefully the rains will stop in honor of our team's having been rained out from a few appearances last year and to give the locals a chance to dry out. The transporter, like any other teams from the East will have to deal with heavy snows and areas of flash flooding. We'll update you with comments from John Conely and with any "weather" slowdowns our rig may experience as we head West.
  
• Check out the image page for updates on our Chevy super speedway car. We experienced some serious delays at the body shop to the point of having to take some issues into our own hands. This car was to be our Daytona car. Now with the guys having to build it at this late date, Daytona will be experienced on T. V. We're still working out details with Anita Cochran, a former South Lyon resident by the way, and will start posting info. on her as we can. Our "X-factor" is being groomed and we are getting closer to a date where we can let you, our fans know what we've been up to. Sorry, still mum on this stuff.
  
• Early stages of the team property expansion have begun. Utility upgrades have been completed and when the weather breaks later in the season further landscaping will take place. No time yet on when the building complex will be modified.
